A Sick Christian

I’d like to point out a few things:

- Since most homosexuals don’t molest children, are we to assume that they are ok?

- How often do I have to use a computer to be called a “computer freak”? If it’s more that 4 hours a day then he’s going to be very sick when you add together the number of people who work with one. It’s also amusing to note that the sign was probably put together by someone with computer skills, but I guess he was already “saved”.

- Are lesbians who drive cars or take public transport somehow exempt from your sickness rules?

- While I don’t exactly like the Mormon religion for it’s racism, I think it should at least go a bit higher than the TV part. I mean, it just looks like someone remembered them at the last moment.

On a final note, why do people do these things? Surely they must have something better to do (i.e. reading their Bible or praying) than telling the entire uncaring world what makes them sick.

In retaliation, here is a list of what makes me sick:

Too much alcohol, although it does take a LOT.
Viruses.
Copyright Laws. It doesn’t matter which type, they are all sickly.
Windows and Apple fanboys who think they are so much better than everyone else when in reality Linux completely wipes them off the map.
NullPointerExceptions and ArrayOutOfBoundsException…they make programming so much less fun.
People who like to claim that atheism is a religion.
People who like to claim that atheism is a religion despite having been shown proof and dictionary definitions which state otherwise.
Ignorant brainless morons who deny the fact that is Evolution and try so hard to make Intelligent Design seem more like “science” and less like the complete and utter bullsh*t it really is.
Waking up on a lovely Sunday morning and then realising that it is in fact Monday, and you are late for work / study.
English weather.

Well, that’s about it…darn, I knew I’d missed one.

The apostrophe in “sport’s nuts” amuses me. Is he a sport hater or does he simply disapprove of the male reproductive organs (or cashews?) of a man named sport?

Thanks for pointing out the “whoever made that sign was probably very computer savvy” thing, that (though it certainly should have!) never even occurred to me. On that note, there’s quite a few different fonts and styles on that sign! Do we have a closet computer freak here?

Hehe, apologies. No, I indeed didn’t. I only quickly skimmed through it. When a friend sent the article, I was trying to figure out why Debian is having massive lag all of the sudden at every-2-hours-or-so intervals that won’t quit until I hard reset. ;)

For that matter, why kicker was taking up 1 gigabyte of memory a few hours ago! Haha.

I nearly fell out of my chair. Then, I looked at the picture again, and came even closer.

Also, racism parallels bigotry against homosexuals/Jews/Mormons very closely; does that mean he makes himself sick? Almost sick but not quite?

This kind of mindless hatred is frustrating. It makes one feel compelled to smack the angry protester, but doing so would only make oneself a bigger target.

Anyway, there’s my two bits.
